3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refund and Cancellation will be there.

4. Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts must be original and unpublished.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts.
  • Presentation schedule is subject to change.

5. Certificates

  • Participation certificates will be issued only to registered delegates.
  • Certificates will be provided after completion of the conference.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and videos may be captured during the conference.
  • Participants consent to the use of such media for conference reports, publications, and promotional purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the conference.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant involved in misconduct.
